Great, friendly service

Took almost 3 weeks to repair something that takes less than an hour to repair. Then they attempted to charge me for a diagnostic that wasn't even done or required. As well as try to make me purchase a part not required. Maybe because im a female and wouldn't know any better??? Then your extended MasterTech warranty is a joke and im canceling that as well. I will never bring my GMC back to your dealership. Nor will I ever purchase another vehicle from your dealership.

Jennifer McKee was great! She took care of my oil change and airbag recall, she also called me with other issues they had found. Everything was taken care of in one day and at a reasonable price. I always take my car to the dealership to be serviced.

I dropped my Acadia AT4 off to have my brakes replaced. I received a call from them asking again why I thought they needed replacing and I told them because they were squealing and I didn't want to mess anything up further. The technician said I had plenty of life left in the brake pads and told me the reasoning behind the squealing. I appreciate the service departments honesty. They could've easily just went ahead with replacing the brakes even though I technically didn't need them but they didn't. They have been great to work with ... from Hunter who sold us the vehicle to everyone in the service department being friendly and accommodating every time I've come in for service (oil changes/tire rotations/etc). I won't go anywhere else!!

They were very honest throughout the entire process. I ordered my new vehicle through them and when it looked like the factory was not going to fill my order they offered to do a wide area search. The first service on my new Acadia AT4 that I purchased at Gerald Jones GMC went smoothly. I received a reminder of my first service. When I called, I was given several time slots to choose from that fit my busy schedule. I dropped my car off at 9:15 and received a text message that my service was completed before lunch. Everyone was friendly and polite.
