I came to have my truck rekeyed (not just new fobs) because 1 of my fobs was stolen. Upon return of the stolen fob, it came as a complete surprise that the stolen fob still worked on my truck. So needless to say I wasn't very happy. I talked to Drew Jones (since he is a family member) and he said he was sorry about that and he would handle it. I told him it was all good since the fob had been returned to me. But if my truck would have been stolen because you failed to do what was suppose to have been done I would have been at your dealership raising hell and would have held Gerald Jones responsible. So no I was not very happy with your service. But other than that I've been very pleased with y'all. But this may change my mind when it comes time to buy a new truck. I've bought 5 vehicles from Gerald Jones since 2020, but now I may never purchase from y'all again because of this small issue.

service department was great; first time oil and service on a new vehicle I had leased there. Took under an hour, and had a nice waiting area to wait while they did the work. It's a longer drive for me to go there, but worth the effort.

I've gotten great service from Gerald Jones GMC for years. They just replaced the struts on my 2014 Buick Enclave, and it handles so much better! Excellent work!

The first service on my new Acadia AT4 that I purchased at Gerald Jones GMC went smoothly. I received a reminder of my first service. When I called, I was given several time slots to choose from that fit my busy schedule. I dropped my car off at 9:15 and received a text message that my service was completed before lunch. Everyone was friendly and polite.

Quick and hassle free…very informative

Took almost 3 weeks to repair something that takes less than an hour to repair. Then they attempted to charge me for a diagnostic that wasn't even done or required. As well as try to make me purchase a part not required. Maybe because im a female and wouldn't know any better??? Then your extended MasterTech warranty is a joke and im canceling that as well. I will never bring my GMC back to your dealership. Nor will I ever purchase another vehicle from your dealership.

Jennifer McKee was great! She took care of my oil change and airbag recall, she also called me with other issues they had found. Everything was taken care of in one day and at a reasonable price. I always take my car to the dealership to be serviced.
